How Are Funds (raised via Fund-Raising) Distributed
 
INVESTING IN DREAMS, is the driving force behind what SICC does. Our fundraising efforts help fund our various programs for young women of our community.
 
Young women who are actively volunteering in their communities
vie for the “Violet Richardson Award”. 

“Live Your Dream” Awards provide cash grants to women who are working to better their lives through additional schooling and skills training.

“Dream It Be It” is a Soroptimist-lead hands-on program that partners with local high-school aged girls to provide them with information and resources they want and need to be successful.

Take Women to Heart is a program offered in conjunction with Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital. For many years, SICC has offered free cholesterol screening for local women.

Touching Lives assists local women who encounter unforeseen financial obstacles.
